Hello and welcome to Tulsa tumble talk with justice tumbling company, the one and only Tulsa tumbling show where we your Tulsa tumbling experts. Answer the questions that we get from parents and athletes on a daily basis. We are your hosts, Coulton cruise and rusty breath slur and we are the owners of justice tumbling company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. All right, today we’re going to be going over our weekly update and this is weekly update eight. Number eight. I was a poet and I didn’t know it. So today we’re going to be going over some things that kind of stood out to us, um, in the justice world and uh, we’re going to let you know some new things that are happening within the justice family and uh, and uh, it’s the new things we’re excited about. And then some things that we, we saw that we wanted to take a point to make a point on those topics. Tulsa tumbling lessons, so you’re going to get an ear full of fun today

to start out. Uh, thinking just some things happened twice in one week is, uh, working with different athletes were getting a lot of athletes in the gym. Now, a lot of athletes we’ve never worked with before. Um, whether it’s from our dollar deal or from our schools were getting a lot of new faces. Um, talking to the parents afterwards. A lot of them, it’s just a confidence thing. Like when I go and talk to the parents, I’m like, well, they have a lot of potential. There’s a few things they need to fix up. The parent was like, really? I’ve never been told that. Like the kid has never been told that they were a decent tumbler. So the, just the little bit of motivation, like that little bit of Persian that kids are learning new skills like crazy.

If you’re a coach and you’re not telling your kids that they’re doing that good job, you’re kind of making them feel like they suck. There should always be something nobody tumbles. Perfect. So there should always be something you’re getting critiqued on. Yeah.

But somewhere in that past there’s gotta be something you did right. Yeah.

Give you some positive feedback. So with that, you know, we always find that confidence is one of the biggest hindrances, um, for getting new skills. If the athlete doesn’t have the confidence and if she or he doesn’t think that she’s, they’re going to land it like nine times out of 10, they’re not going to land it. Especially if you like jinx it and you say this is going to suck and then it’s going to suck. It’s a mental game. Is, it is, it is. It’s crazy. Don’t go into your, your tumbling with that aspect. Always have a positive outlook. Um, because heck, if, if nobody believes in you, you need to at least believe in yourself. Yeah. Yeah. You’re the one doing the flips. You’re the one that’s going upside down to vine gravity. Like, Golly, that’s believe in yourself. Come on. I’ve also been asking kids, uh, this past week who I know have gone to other gyms.

Um, and uh, there’s one in particular who had been to like three or four other gyms and she’s tried it all out and she’s here with us now. She’s well, she’s paying our top one of our top one of our top memberships. So, uh, yeah, so happy to have her. Tulsa tumbling lessons, but I asked her, I said, you know, I know you’ve been to other gyms. What, what kind of makes us, what kind of makes us different? And she’s like, you know, I’ve, I’ve been to other gyms and they don’t, they don’t talk with us the way you guys do. They don’t make us feel the way you guys do. Um, you know, we’re, we’re proud to say that our Tulsa tumbling classes are like family oriented. So when whenever they come in, they feel welcome. We all give him a high five. We, we know their names and if we don’t know their names yet, we sat in a big circle and we introduced and everybody goes around introducing themselves and says what school they go to. And it’s a really good icebreaker to get kids to kind of, uh, feel like they’re like, they’re one I’d like, they’re like, they’re part of something. And so

we’re always open for questions. Absolutely. Absolutely. I’ve had parents after privates, just like, Hey, can I take a few minutes just to ask you what’s going right, what’s going wrong, what’s something our kid can do? And we love it. Just trying to give homework. I always trying to give them something to do and progress and always something to look forward to.

That’s right. You know, um, at the end of all of our podcasts, we always say, you know, if you’re interested in finding out more about us, but, but something that we want you to know is that you can always come to us athlete or parent or maybe you’re neither and you’re trying to get some information. You can always ask us. We are an open book and, uh, we are completely approachable. Um, too many gym owners in the area are owning multiple gyms or they’ve got, you know, lots of things going on and, you know, you’ll just get referred back to somebody else, not here. Here, you, you are important to us. And so whenever, um, whenever you have a question, please, please let us know. Also this week we had some new additions to our stunt class. We had some, oh, are you boys here? Um, you know, uh, I love getting college guys in here.

Um, and college girls in here who, uh, you know, they have that work ethic that keeps kids pushing. Um, and uh, you know, they did the heck these boys are freshmen and sophomore in college and one of them never cheered at all before college. Um, but man, they did a good job didn’t they? Yeah. Great guys. Well Michael or card, Michael and David. Um, so, uh, they’re also going to become an and and doing some of our open gyms and working on tumbling here as well. Um, so if you guys want to meet them and they’re cool guys and uh, and we’ve got a old school stunters and we’ve got new school spa stunters at our, in our stat classes. So, um, we’d love to see you guys there. Uh, whether you’re, you’re a flyer or not, we also have groups. Stunning. It’s going to do a lot of group studying and baskets.

Basket tosses. That’s right. Colton, this week it’s been madness in the gym cause everybody getting ready for trial is coming up. Here’s something to remember about tryouts. Um, your coach might tell you, you have to have this skill to make the squad. Tulsa tumbling lessons, here’s the reality. The reality is pushed for that skill as much as you can. But there’s a point where, uh, dangerous putting yourself in danger, like the risk versus reward is not worth it. You can still make the squad without that skill. She most likely your coach is just challenging you because if like say a full, um, if you have to have a full to make the squad, chances are you’re not going to have a full squad of fools. Right? Well that’s what, yeah. Well coach said it very well. We have a successful football team of a team, just full of quarterback, even though everybody wants to be able to quarterback like that.

So like there has to be some sort of guidelines that tryouts that kids have to strive for, like a set set skills you should have to get on the team. But if you’re able to bring something else to the table and you’re still working those other skills, um, you, you’ll still be able to make the team that way. And Heart and attitude has a lot to do with it. I know kids who might have a full but um, might not be making varsity this year just because of the attitude that they have. So it is important to stay positive, keep a positive attitude and don’t think that just because you have that skill is like your ticket on the squad because that’s not how it works. There’s a, there’s a lot of aspects to cheerleading and skills are not all of them. Tulsa tumbling lessons, you can look at our, you can listen to our podcast called performances and that will break down like an NCA.

We broke down an NCA score sheet and uh, um, skills, we’re only 40% of the score sheet. The rest of it was all performance, attitude, presence. Um, so remember that and whatever you work for to get four trial to make sure you maintain that school year round. We’ve talked about that before. Um, as hard as you’re working for trial, it should be your passion and you should care enough to where you’re doing that much work your room with that said, know we have our dollar deal. So if you are needing to get, get cleaned up for some, for your in your skills, uh, for tryouts, come get this dollar deal. You get a month of tumbling classes for a dollar. You can’t beat that anywhere, anywhere in the freaking United States. Nobody has the deal like that. So, well we, we want you to come and hear you. We want you, because we know that you will see the difference when you’re here. So, um, anybody who, you know, we know that it’s, it’s almost march into march and into April. That’s where, uh, the tryouts really happened. So we wish everybody out there, uh, the best of luck and uh, yes,

spring break coming up, people were getting ready for trial. It’s, I’m going to be living up in the gym doing right. Right. And also we won’t. So if you want to get in for extra work, there are privates. There’s also going to be a camp. Yeah. Clinic over. Sure.

Spring for spring break. We’ve got a three day camp. We’ve got pizza at Games, lots of tumbling music, awesome music. Tulsa tumbling lessons, March 20th, 21st and 22nd, and it’s 100 bucks. So for three days, pay 100 bucks. You come in, you’re working hard for two hours, right? For three days. And then at the end of the third day, we’re going to celebrate. We’re going to have some fun. We’re going to do a lock in here in our gym. Our wives will be there. We’re going to have other parents as chaperones. They’re going to be, we’re going to be having so much fun.
