Tumbling Tulsa | Working With Our Team

Hello and welcome to Tulsa tumbled talk with justice tumbling company, the one and only Tulsa tumbling show where we are Tulsa tumbling experts. Answer the questions that we get from parents and athletes on a daily basis. We’re your hosts, coulton cruise and rusty Brett Fleur. And we are the owners of justice tumbling company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. All right, so today we are going to be going over something cold Turkey. Uh, we don’t have an outline. We are going to be completely genuine because it’s a genuine topic. We want to be completely transparent so that you know exactly who we are and what we’re about. And today we’re talking about the one, Tumbling Tulsa the only justice tumbling company, our atmosphere and what we’re trying to bring to the cheerleading world, the cheerleading industry and how that kind of sets us apart.

Liked me and Colton, I’ve talked about. We’ve worked for other gems and like we wanted our classes to be ran differently than any other gym. We wanted the atmosphere to be the same way. We wanted it to be something that parents, athletes and even our other staff have never encountered when working for or being in a cheer gym or Tumbling Tulsa.

We want to bring a completely different experience for families, for friends. And of course obviously the athlete as well.

So we say it in almost every podcast. We obviously want our gym to be a judgment free and stress free zone. We want athletes to come in with one thing on their mind and that’s just tumbling and the fund for tumbling.

Tumbling Tulsa that also means that parents need to see that in their athlete. They need to be able to feel it whenever they walk in. Tumbling Tulsa, we, we don’t want to be a, a distant figure that kind of sits behind a desk. We want to be able to engage and interact with everyone who walks through our door, whether that’s the athlete or their friends that come to watch them or their parents, their brothers and sisters. We want you to feel like you’re a part of the family. Tumbling Tulsa I think that people do. Parents should

be able to ask any question they have involving their athlete or the gym and we’re always up here. We, after every class, we come out and have conversations with the parents so they can get to know us as individuals and really know our character.

I think what really did it for me whenever we were working at our last Jim, was that I would hear parents ask questions to the people at the front desk and then there’s simply told, well, email this person or email that person or check, just check the website. Just check the website. Like I don’t know any other way to be more distant than that. Like if someone is asking a question or wanting to try to get involved with, you’re pushing them away. You’re telling them, Tumbling Tulsa, you don’t matter to me. Just go and do the research yourself and that’s what really drove us to make justice tumbling company different. As far as a personal relations and and customer service.

We have athletes come into the gym from all around the area, different schools and before we start every class, while they’re stretching, we have them structure in a circle and go around and say their name. That way everybody can know the, know each other on a personal level. That way when they’re in their class, when they’re in line together, they’re not just standing there awkwardly and quietly. They’re getting to know each other, cheering for each other and motivating, Tumbling Tulsa motivating each other to do and push for those new skills.

And then at the end of each class with after these athletes have kind of got to mingle a little bit and and see each other’s skills. We do a show and tell type tumbling event where we pulled the classes together and everyone kind of shows off what they’ve learned for that class. Tumbling Tulsa you know, there’s a lot of matt talking evolved that really brings people together no matter what school they go to.

Yes. Tumbling Tulsa If you don’t know what Matt talking is, that’s where you are cheering on the other athlete to go for that new skill. Whether it’s yelling at her name or just telling them they can do it. We wanted to be a family environment for the athletes as well to where they should be able to come into the gym and make new friends that they never would have met unless it was for our gen

and then we, you know, with Matt talking, it’s really, really just brings out the adrenaline and each athlete and helps them push and gives them that, Tumbling Tulsa, that feeling that, that they’re important and that they matter and everyone’s kind of treat at cheering on for them to get that new skill.

So we want it to be a family environment for the athletes, for the parents, but also for our staff, for all our coaches. We want our coaches to enjoy being here, to want to be here. Me and Colton love being here. We, we actually stayed the night up here some nights because we love it so much, but we want our coaches not to just come in and work in class and want to get out of here as quick as possible. Tumbling Tulsa, one of our coaches ends up hanging out and jumps in a class to help out for free, just volunteers or a time or if there’s an open spot, she’ll tumble around herself just because she loves being up here.

We also have a program that’s a scholarship program for athletes who aren’t able to really pay for a class on their own. Tumbling Tulsa, and so we have this list of people who come in, they sign up and they’re able to do some, some work around our gym, cleaning up, you know, they put on headphones and they’re just comfortable here. And I love seeing that kids are comfortable and they, they feel like this is home to them.

You want this to be a getaway for kids. Tumbling Tulsa, through just my social media. I had an athlete because you saw that I had snapped that I up here crazy early. He showed up just out of nowhere. I was really confused because I was like, there’s no classes. I know we don’t have a private. And he was like, Oh, I just saw you were up here. So I was just going to come up.

Tumbled around, see, I love that and that’s what makes us a family, not just a business. Yes, we we’re, we’re here. We’re making money, but it’s not about the money. It’s about changing the atmosphere around Tulsa, about changing the atmosphere around cheerleading. It’s about bringing kids in and letting them know that no matter what’s going on in their lives, Tumbling Tulsa they have somebody who cares right here at justice tumbling company, so if you want to be a part of that family, if you want to be a part of what we’re doing here at justice tumbling company, please visit our website justice tumbling co.com, or visit our facebook and instagram and if you have a google account, you could leave us a google review to let us know how we’re doing.
