Tulsa Cheerleading | Tulsa Tumble Talk.50.Thank You for being you

Hello and welcome to Tulsa tumble talk with justice tumbling company, the one and only Tulsa tumbling show where we your Tulsa tumbling experts. Answer the questions that we get from parents and athletes on a daily basis. We are your hosts, Coulton cruise and rusty breath slur and we are the owners of justice tumbling company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. So today is a special day. It’s a special podcast. Why is it special? It’s special because this is our 50th podcast episode I five zero I zero. I mean, I remember just the other day we were doing 20 and 30. We made it to 10 and we were like, oh, we did dude, just thinking, looking back at 50, 50 topics, I don’t remember doing happier. Anyway. Um, so at the topic of this podcast is going to be, thank you. We’re, we’re show. So it preceded it. Appreciative of everybody who has been there to support us from day one. Um, not just in the podcast but in our business. So

yeah, we want to say thank you. If you’ve sat through all 50 podcasts and, but more to our clients who have stuck it out, trusted us as soon as we were opening, Tulsa Cheerleading, the schools that supported us and our changes.

If, if, if we didn’t have those schools, we wouldn’t be where we were today. So schools are near and dear to our heart. Um, but you know, for you to set through and listen to our voice ramble for 50 podcasts, we are, we are so appreciative that you, that you have and we hope that you’ve learned something new.

Now Colton, and we also want to give a big thank you to all our supporters who have either given us some sort of donation or a monthly gift of some sort. And if you’ve been in our gym, you’ve seen either the plaques on the walls or um, by our massive justice banner. Um, on each side we have a smaller banners and those banners are for people who have given us a donation of some sort.

Absolutely. I mean, we have found that people believe in what we’re doing and we want to acknowledge that. Um, especially if you, if you’ve been in our gym, you’ve seen these little flyers that say help justice thrive. Um, and we’ve gotten a ton of support from not only our own family but other families and companies who believe in what we’re doing here in justice, Tom Tumbling company. Um, and so with that, we want to show our gratitude and we provide, you know, if, if, um, your family or your business wants to donate $500 to justice tumbling company, then you do get a plaque in our, Tulsa Cheerleading, in our lounge, which everybody sees. It’s a really nice black and silver plaque. They look nice and like I said, I can either your company’s name

or just a thank you to the family.

Yeah. Kinda got that idea from like when you go to the zoo and you see like plaques that are like glued to a wall or something. Um, and it shows, it’s donate like, or a piece of equipment right at their name on it. Yeah. There you go. Get some embroidery or something a little better than a sharpie. Um, but, and then for our big John, or not our giant banner, but the bigger banners that are on each side of our banner, um, that’s a thousand. And so, uh, we’ve had two companies do that so far and then we’ve had three people buy plaques. So, Tulsa Cheerleading, you know, it, it shows that people believe in what we’re doing. And so that’s what this podcast is for. It is a, it’s a huge thank you to all the parents, all of the athletes, all of the businesses who see what we’re doing here at justice tumbling company. And um, you know, we just, we just can’t thank you enough.

Yes. But the overwhelming response we’ve had, it’s been easy to get things started. It seems like we’ve been open a lot longer than just what, six months, six months. Yeah. It seems like it’s something we’ve been doing just because it came so naturally and the only reason we were able to do that is because of our clients. I do want to give a big shout out to all my clients who not just in the change supported us, but I’ve had some of the same clients since I’ve started coaching. It’s there. So for putting up with me for five or six years straight, letting me coach or mentor your daughter or son for that many years, it’s been awesome to see some of them grow up and now some of them are coaches themselves

and that takes some commitment cause I know rusty myself to put up with him. It takes a little bit. Yeah,

it does take a lot. It does take a lot, but we invested a lot into these, Tulsa Cheerleading, these kids. That’s why when they go somewhere else or we don’t get to see them anymore, it is, it stings a little.

Listen, we tie our hearts to every athlete that we work with. Um, and over over the past five or six months that we’ve been working with schools or just the three months that we’d been working with classes, um, you know, we, we, like I said, we tie our hearts to these athletes and whenever someone, you know, graduates or moves on from tumbling, you know, it, it really, it affects us personally.

But that is something great about getting to go to all these different schools as you get a whole new group of athletes, some kids that we never in her previous jobs would have been able to reach. Um, it’s easy to stay motivated in your job and not get burnt out when you’re

seeing hundreds of athletes every week. Right. Well, and then you, you’re talking to them and you, you get to hear about their stories and what’s going on in their life and um, you know, it’s that trust and that coach athlete relationship that, you know, we strive for, we, we want to have a relationship with every athlete that we have, um, to where, you know, if something’s going on in their lives, they can come to us and talk to us.

Same thing with these high school coaches. We want to have, we’ve always had justice. Tumbling company is, wants to be a family. We’re a family run business. Um, so we want to have that family relationship with everybody when these coaches are struggling, having a rougher week, um, giving us more. If they, we need to take more off their plate. Um, we want to help our schools in any way we can.

Absolutely. And, and so this, this podcast is for you guys. Um, if you have seen us within these past five or six months, uh, and you’ve seen the growth, it’s, it’s because of you. It’s because of the parents is because of the businesses. It’s because of that overwhelming support. And we wouldn’t be here without you guys

that I’m sure it shows him her attitude. I mean, we, we’ve always had a passion for tumbling. Um, but being able to do it under our own name and really seeing the response. We’ve got a, it’s been very humbling and a, we couldn’t be happier. We love our job.

Oh, absolutely. And we love to see the growth that’s happening when we want each and every one of you to be a part of that growth in this justice family.

So thank you for letting us do what we love. Absolutely.

And within this time that we’ve started, Tulsa Cheerleading, just from January to February, our numbers have doubled. Um, we are, we are super humbled by that and we know that it’s, it’s, you know, you telling your friends about justice, you telling your friends about the coaches and, and how we kind of run our classes differently than anywhere else. Um, and so with so much gratitude, we are so very thankful.

Yeah. We’re, we’re, we always ask people when we get new clients or new, uh, parents into the gym, uh, how they heard about us. And the majority of it has been word of mouth, not through Facebook or Google a, it’s just from friends telling friends or other athletes even bringing in their friends just to tumble around.

So I, I will, I will extend a challenge to all of you who are listening to this podcast right now. Not much of a challenge really. Um, if you have listened to us for 50 podcasts, uh, to show our gratitude, we have these justice tumbling stickers. They’re big stickers. They’re, they’re cool, they’re fun. Um, and uh, we want to see them all over Tulsa on cars. But if you, if you, we usually sound for five bucks. Um, so if you have gotten all the way to episode 50 with us, um, we come and tell us at the front desk at justice and a, and we’ll give you one of those stickers for free.

Yes. Represent justice on your car or some athletes. I’ve put them on water bottle.

Oh yeah. Had folders that they take to school or something. Um, so we just, you know, and if there’s any other way that we can, we can help you guys grow in your skills and your tumbling skills, or maybe you’re a parent. If you, if you want to see your athlete, um, you know, go on college, get with us, let us know and we’ll, we’ll give you a personalized, uh, schedule and game plan to get you or your athlete ready for a college or try outs or competitions or whatever it is. We will be there every step of the way.
